1. THE INFLUENCE OF DIGITAL MARKETING DIMENSIONS ON ENTREPRENEURIAL ORIENTATION AND MARKETING PERFORMANCE

Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze: (a) the effects of DMAc, DMC and DMA on OE, (b) the effects of DMAc, DMC and DMA on MP, (c). the effects of OE on MP and (d). the mediating role of OA on the effects of DMAc, DMC and DMA on OE. Research population is all of the small enterprise actors in Kendari city applying digital marketing and having permanent establishment in Kendari city. The analysis tool used is SEM Partial Least Square (PLS). Results of the research show that: (a). DMC and DMA have positive and significant effects on OE while DMAc is found to be insignificant on OE, (b). then, DMAc and DMA have positive and significant effects on MP and DMC is found to be insignificantly increasing MP, (c). OE has positive and significant effects on MP and (d). OE is a mediating variable on DMC effects on MP and effects between DMA and MP, while on the effects of DMAc on MP, OE position is not a mediating variable. Research findings that DMC and DMA are able to form research concepts better because they have a significant effect on increasing OE while DMAc does not significantly increase OE

Abstract
The aime of this research is to provide a summary of contemporary activities that today are useful to manage the logistics of companies in general and particularly companies that deal with distribution efficiently and effectively. A summary of the logistics and the links or processes that accompany it, such as transportation, ordering, supply, warehousing, sales, distribution, etc.The time aspect of logistics systems includes analysis- planning and design, direction, control, calculation, and analysis of logistics services, including ordering,transport, warehousing, packaging, etc. The main purpose of logistics is to optimize and accelerate the process of circulation of materials, goods, facilities, passengers, animals, information, energy, etc., making it possible to reduce costs, maintain and reduce reserves. To carry out various logistics tasks, it is useful for companies to have cooperation but also integration in their activities, because logistics is in a trend of development and very dynamic change. It is beneficial for companies that offer and require logistics services to join credible international platforms, which help carriers find cargo to be transported and exporters or importers find trucks totransport their cargo. It is useful for the general principles of logistics and distribution to be applied in every country of the world and to minimize differences in maximum or try to be not noticed at all, this can be possible now by use of information technology applications and new transport technologies.

3. SIGNIFICANCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE ON KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT AND BANKING FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE

Abstract
The key aim of the current research was to investigate the influence of knowledge management on banking financial performance, where it also tried to assess the moderating role of organizational structures in the causal links. The current word applied a survey research design and targeted 500 banking institutes in Vietnam, but only 328 suitable institutes provided adequately needed information for analyses. The analyses of multiple regressions and hierarchical regressions were employed to statistically check causal relationships and the moderating role of organizational structure in the research model. The empirical findings revealed the impacts of knowledge management and organizational structures on banking financial performance. More importantly, itfound out the moderation of organizational structures in the causal linkage from knowledge management to banking financial performance. The empirical results allow executives to know how to decide on suitable organizational structures that should match the accepting level of knowledge management in banking, so that they can improve banking financial performance.

Abstract
In this study “Occupational Stress and its impact on employees’ motivation with special reference to women employees in private banks at Chennai”, the descriptive research method was adopted to measure the occupational stress among the women employees working in private banks at Chennai city. Stress is an essential one for everyone’s growth, but how they perceive it either as an excited (Acute) or depressed (Chronic) that is to be noted. It is clearly determined by this study that the women employees working in private banks are mostly facing the stress due to the cognitive, subjective and behavioral dimensions, also such stress can be reduced by the effective communication and training.

5. PERFORMANCE EMLPOYEE BUILT FROM TIME DISCIPLINE, RESPONSIBILITY AND REGULATIONS DISCIPLINE PG KEBON AGUNG MALANG

Abstract
This research was motivated with consideration that discipline can affect to performance of employee. This study is a quantitative research with a discipline variable and performance employee variable. Data collection technique were used in this research is a questionnaire is distributed to 75 respondent. The data were processed by software SPSS 23 for windows. The testing instrument it used validity test and reliability test. While for the data analysis technique was used descriptive test and multiple linear regression analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis it used because in this research more than two variable indicator, with F test, T test, and R² test. The result showed that from the third variable time discipline, responsibility discipline and regulatory discipline together can affect to performance of employee. From SPSS 23 analysis, time discipline variables have the most significant or dominant influence on employee performance employee PG Kebon Agung Malang.
