Overview
Accountancy Business and the Public Interest abbrev., (ABPI) is an interdisciplinary research journal publishing impacts of accounting, auditing and accountability issues on public policy, practices and society. The journal was started in the year 2001 to encourage scholars to publish and share their research findings. Initially only one issue was published per year in print media. Due to delay in researchers accessing the research data on time, the committee of editors decided to publish more frequently and opted to go online in 2018.
