1. CAPITAL STRUCTURE AND INFLUENCING FACTORS: A STUDY ON MANUFACTURING COMPANIES IN INDONESIA

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of determinants of capital structure on company value. The determinants of capital structure in this study consist of asset structure, profitability, firm size and sales growth. The analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The research was conducted on manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the period 2016-2021. The results showed that improving asset structure, profitability and firm size can significantly affect capital structure. Where the better the amount of asset structure, profitability and capital structure can optimize the company's capital structure. Meanwhile, sales growth cannot affect the capital structure. This means that high or low sales growth of the company cannot affect the amount of the company's capital structure.

2. IMPACT OF PATENTS ON THE ECONOMIC GROWTH OF INDIA

Abstract
The economy of various countries is interdependent on each other for many purposes. The legislative framework is also different for every country but still there is an overlapping. The laws framed are also in consonance with each other. Slowly and gradually the nations framed the laws which ensure the similarity in their standards and rules. Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) is one of the examples of the same. IPRs is not only confined to copyright and patent, rather it is very wide. IPRs has a direct impact on the global economy. In the 21st century, many changes are observed in the IPR regime. IPRs has changed the global economy at a considerable rate. This research paper will answer the questions such as; How the patents contribute towards the economic growth of the country? Why the amendments in Patents Act, 1970 were necessary? What is the impact of such amendments on pharmaceutical sector? The changes brought in the patent regime are also included. The role of TRIPs and Doha Declaration, the laws and rules of the patents, the need to implement the amendments are also included. The overall growth of the economy due to IPR sector is also taken into consideration.

Abstract
evaluate integrated quality control at the Wasta Islamic Religious College in Kopertais XIV Mataram. This qualitative research is multi-case research with key informants, namely policy makers, as key instruments researchers. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting, verifying, reducing, and presenting it using the standards of credibility, confirmability, transferability, and dependability. The results of the study show that the internal environment analysis is carried out by identifying realistic perceptions of all the strengths and weaknesses of PTKIS. While the analysis of the external environment includes the identification of several opportunities, challenges, and threats. Private Islamic tertiary institutions are still not optimal in implementing traditional management in administrative management, curriculum, and even leadership. The strategies carried out by Kopertais in the IVX Mataram region are strengthening the functions of supervision, control, and guidance to implement PTKIS, strengthening PTKIS institutions that are relevant to stakeholder needs and societal changes, strengthening administration and academic transactions towards accreditation of excellent study programs, strengthening transparent and reliable Financial Management and Governance at PTKIS, and strengthening human resources and academic culture at PTKIS.
