Abstract
Oncology, the study of malignant tumors, has been a field of extensive research in all aspects of management including primary prevention which automatically evolved the concept of early diagnosis and better results in many cases. As research boomed, so evolved chemotherapy and the effort to reduce side effects succeeded however etiology and nutritional side effects needed more studies and efforts. The past decade has witnessed monumental progress in the treatment of malignancies with more specific and targeted therapies emerging, many holding a promise for providing a cure for cancer. At the forefront of these therapies is immunotherapy, which is fast changing the landscape of cancer medicine. It has joined ranks with chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery as the fourth arm of cancer treatment. Parallelly RNA and DNA analyses has contributed to familial tumours workup and therapeutic interventions. Very rapid strides have been put in place and immunotherapy as a modality of treatment is becoming a primary therapeutic choice for patients. Globally immunotherapy has been accepted and is evolving to make a difference in therapeutic outcomes in very many mitotic lesions. In this review we provide a brief history of the advent of immunotherapy and a detailed description of the different immunotherapeutic strategies that have emerged as key players in cancer treatment.

2. IMPACT OF MONETARY AND NON-MONETARY INCENTIVES ON EMPLOYEES’ WORKPLACE PERFORMANCE AT OMAN COLLEGE OF HEALTH SCIENCES IN OMAN

Abstract
A pilot test prior highlighted there is a strong relationship between incentivizing the employees’ job performance and their job satisfaction. Thus, the following literature shows the impact of the study’s variables, such as job satisfaction and demographic factors. That moderates the employee’s performance within the organization by virtue of monetary incentives and non-monetary incentives. The study’s model came from a theoretical basis, a structural equation model is developed where the monetary and non-monetary incentives impact the relationship between employee job satisfaction and employee job performance. Thirty-one employees working in three different commercial banks participated in this test. The results showed that bankers’ job performance is influenced by their job satisfaction and incentives as well. That means the more satisfied employees are more likely to reflect a higher level of employee job performance. When they are facing a low level of motivation, that absolutely results in the entire performance. The responses analyzed by google forms manifest the exigency of employee job satisfaction with their demographic factors to look forward to outstanding employee job performance. That is because organizational success strongly relies on the quality of its employees and their performance strategies.

Abstract
The shelf life of fishery products is an important factor in marketing management. It is important to estimate the shelf life of the product with information available from trusted sources. Seafood products classified as fresh, frozen, or ready-to-eat (RTE) each have unique food safety risks and spoilage processes that influence the end of their durable life. Fresh fish shelf life can be extended by adding antibacterial compounds such as synthetic chemicals or natural materials. One of the natural ingredients that are safe to use to prolong the freshness of the fish is chitosan. Chitosan is able to provide quality deterioration inhibitory effect of fillet of Upeneus moluccensis. The rate of decline in the value of organoleptic fillet of Upeneus moluccensis treated chitosan solution is slower when compared to no treatment tilapia fillet chitosan solution. In the organoleptic test until the 18 hours of storage, 4% chitosan solution capable of maintaining the highest organoleptic value for the parameter sightings meat, texture, and smell fillet. The use of 4% chitosan solution provided the best results based on the parameters of the appearance of meat, the texture, the smell, the pH value and the value of TVB fillet. This solution can be used furtherly to enhance the marketing management due to extended storage time. Therefore, increasing the chance of sales and transport time.

5. MODELING OF CONSUMER BEHAVIOR OF ONLINE SHOPPING OF SELECTED ELECTRONIC GOODS IN HARYANA

Internet buying is a new concept that has given everyone countless opportunities. India is third in the world forinternet shopping, behind Japan and America. In the last ten years, the Internet has experienced remarkable growth as a medium, and online shopping is the fastest-growing segment of browsing. The major goal of this probe is to investigate, in particular, what characteristics have a direct impact on consumers who shop online. The five determining factors-pricing, promotion, success, influence, and hindrance as well as the effects of a total of 34 different variables were all investigated. A Google form was used to collect data from the 650 respondents, and second-order CFA was used to analyze the results. The results illustrate that, except for influencing (0.458) and price (0.449) in the case of the primary construct for consumer behavior, factor loadings for all constructs were reported above the approved threshold of 0.5. According to numerous studies, low factor loading (0.5) is acceptable if the sample size is greater than 300, the composite reliability and AVE of the construct were above acceptable levels, and the model fit indices are recorded within an acceptable range.

7. A PROBE ON THE AWARENESS OF CONSUMERS RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAGGAO CAGAYAN

Abstract
Consumer awareness emerged as a response to the growing complexity of modern markets, where a wide range of products and services are available to consumers. It recognizes that consumers should not be passive recipients but active participants in the marketplace. By being aware of their rights, consumers can demand fair treatment, quality products, accurate information, and reasonable prices. The purpose of the study is to gauge consumer knowledge, specifically about consumer rights and responsibilities, consumer protection projects and programs, and trade and industry rules. This study employed a descriptive research approach to examine consumer awareness in the municipality of Baggao. The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), region 2, created a survey questionnaire that was used to collect data from the participants. The survey's findings showed that most respondents are aware of their rights to basic necessities and environmental concerns, but not to consumer education and solidarity. The majority of participants are also aware of the many organizations in charge of products and services. The Consumer Act's highest priorities are meeting basic needs and purchasing quality goods. The majority of participants are also aware of the many organizations in charge of products and services. The consumer act's main priority in trade and industry are essential necessities and valuable items. Additionally, only few of them participated in consumer education events. According to the survey, there ought to be more consumer awareness programs to promote knowledge, competence, values, and skills directed toward the growth of an informed and responsible consumer. Created a program for ongoing consumer education to educate customers on their fundamental rights and obligations.
