1. ARE INDIAN INDIVIDUAL INVESTORS ALL SET TO USE ALGORITHMIC TRADING PLATFORMS?
Authors: BHUMIKA BUNKAR1, BASKAR PPSAMY2 and Dr. KASILINGAM RAMAIAH3
Abstract
Indian stock market is going through a constant rise in the Algorithmic trading, however, it still lags behind the United States, where a significant 90% of all trades are driven by algorithms. In addition, there is a considerable need to discover the main factors shaping Indian Individual investors' Intent to use Algorithmic Trading. This research is focusing on addressing the gap by exploring the elements that impacts the Intent to use ATPs (Algorithmic trading platforms) among Indian Individual investors. Primary empirical data is gathered by using structured questionnaires and studied with the help of AMOS software version 21 by doing structural equation modeling (SEM). There are 392 observations for the final sample size. This study incorporates two additional variables, awareness and trust, that are integral to the extended version of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This research extends the existing literature, which primarily focuses on strategy-building related research for Algorithmic Trading. This research is going to deliver a theoretical direction for upcoming studies and will provide insights to the Indian government as well as regulators for policymaking purposes, and will act as a helping hand for investors to assist them in making informed decisions.

2. INDUSTRY 4.0 AND SUPPLY CHAIN CHALLENGES
Authors: Dr. SUNIL GIRI
Abstract
The advent of Industry 4.0 signifies a revolutionary shift in supply chain management, marked by the integration of advanced technologies. These innovations collectively enhance operational efficiency, visibility, and decision[1]making capabilities. Traditional supply chain processes often encounter challenges including inefficiencies, delays, and a lack of real-time data, impeding responsiveness and adaptability. Industry 4.0 addresses these issues through automated data collection, predictive analytics, and real-time monitoring, leading to streamlined workflows and improved performance metrics. This paper explores the impact of Industry 4.0 on supply chain processes, emphasizing the comparative benefits over traditional methods. Key performance metrics such as lead times, inventory turnover, and operational costs are analyzed to demonstrate the efficiency gains and cost reductions achieved through technological integration. Additionally, the paper delves into the data flow architecture within an Industry 4.0-enabled supply chain, highlighting the interconnectedness and data-driven nature of modern operations. Risk mitigation strategies enabled by Industry 4.0 technologies are also examined, focusing on predictive maintenance, supply chain visibility tools, and dynamic inventory management systems. These strategies play a crucial role in reducing vulnerabilities and enhancing the resilience of supply chains amidst disruptions. The findings underscore the potential of Industry 4.0 to transform supply chain management, offering robust solutions for mitigating challenges and optimizing performance through the effective use of models and data.

3. “HOW PASSIONATE THE ENTREPRENEURS? A BIBLIOMETRIC ANALYSIS”
Authors: DURGAPADA BANERJEE and Prof. MRINALINI PANDEY
Abstract
Passion is a multifaceted concept that is a driving force for success in any venture. It became an essential trait for successful inventors. It dominates the success of goal-directed behaviour. Therefore, the researchers aim to explore the entrepreneurs' passion through bibliometric analysis. The data was extracted from a popular social science database, Web of Science (WOS), then analyzed through open-source software, R, and presented the findings based on performance analysis and scientific mapping, which are primary components of bibliometric analysis. The key areas, prolific authors, influential sources, dominant terms, etc, were revealed through this textual analysis. The contributions, implications, future research agenda, and limitations were discussed in the paper.

4. IMPACT OF SERVICESCAPE AND SERVICE QUALITY ON CUSTOMER BANKING EXPERIENCE AND LOYALTY IN INDIAN BANKING INDUSTRY: AN EMPIRICAL INVESTIGATION
Authors: O N SRIVASTAVA and Dr. DEBAJANI SAHOO
Abstract
Services are intangible and inseparable in nature. Quality perception of services is determined by a number of factors including the surroundings in which services are rendered, known as Servicescape. Servicescape comprises of ambient conditions, spatial layout and functionality, signs, symbols and artifacts and social servicescape. Service quality is the overall perception of service as appraised by the consumer. This is comprised of five elements namely Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. Servicescape and Service quality impact the sensory, affective, behavioural and intellectual assessment about a particular service. This overall experience of the consumer about a particular service is termed as Customer Brand Experience. Customer brand experience determines the behavioural intention of the customer in future in the form of brand loyalty. Present study is about the empirical investigation of effect of servicescape and service quality on Customer banking experience and resultant loyalty in Indian banking industry. Findings of the study suggest that different elements of servicescape and service quality impact the customer banking experience and subsequent loyalty of the customers.

4. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES, WHERE ARE WE? BUSINESS SCHOOLS JOURNEY TOWARDS SDGS
Authors: Dr. NEERAJ SINGHAL
Abstract
Sustainability, sustainable development (SD) and sustainable development goals (SDGs) are the areas of concern and discussion among corporate, academia, government and society over the years. This study captured the responses from 122 Indian respondents, using the pre-validated questionnaire. The convenient random sampling used to reach the business school (b school) stakeholders; management, faculty, staff, students, government, alumni, recruiters, society. The Habermas theory (1987) referred for this study; to explore the stakeholder’s general awareness on SDGs, skills required for integrating SDGs, present status of SDGs adaptation and future course of action. The respondents feel that inculcating multidisciplinary approach in business education; teaching, research and own initiatives can do better alignment of SDGs in b schools. The respondents also mentioned that social and environmental skills can be enhanced by adding course modules, specialised training to staff, conducting extra-curricular and co-curricular activities at department and student level. In response to important activities for SDGs integration, the most priority activity was; education for awareness creation. The priority for future actions was; reorient curricula. Leadership, responsibility, guidance, direction and inspiration emerged as important driving forces for SDGs implementation.
