1. ANALYSIS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONS ON ONLINE BANKINGS: A CASE STUDY ON “ONE BANK LIMITED”

Abstract
This report is all about to find out the level of customer satisfaction regarding to online banking services and one bank limited in Bangladesh is selected as sample. To collect the data five branches from different location in Dhaka city has been visited. Almost 50 customers are asked about their satisfaction level on online banking. After conducting a thorough research, online banking services of One Bank Limited, is quite good and satisfactory but customers were not aware and willing to take this services. But level of satisfaction is greater for some parameters and less for some parameters. Likewise, customers are satisfied with security and user friendliness of the website of the banks, and somewhat neutral in perception with update frequency. It is obvious from the evidence that almost all the respondents were educated, but many of them provided “neutral” feedback as they do not use online banking services or are indifferent to this services.

2. FACTORS INFLUENCING UPTAKE OF GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT OPPORTUNITIES BY VULNERABLE GROUPS IN KENYAN COUNTY GOVERNMENTS: (A CASE STUDY OF LAIKIPIA COUNTY GOVERNMENT)

Abstract
Vulnerable groups lack access to resources useful for their survival. In worse situations they are subjected to prejudice or bias. As members of a vulnerable group, women, the youth and persons with disabilities feel excluded from government procurement opportunities. The aim of the study was to evaluate the factors affecting uptake of government procurement opportunities for vulnerable groups in Kenyan County Governments. The specific objectives of the study were to examine how information availability affects uptake of government procurement opportunities, assess the effect of availability of funds on uptake of government procurement opportunities and to ascertain the effect of tendering process on uptake of government procurement opportunities by vulnerable groups in Laikipia County. The study relied on primary data collected by use of questionnaires which were administered to a sample of 46 respondents that included procurement officers in the procurement department and officials from each of 13 listed vulnerable groups in Laikipia County. Quantitative techniques were used to analyze data. Descriptive statistics used included mean, frequency and percentages. This was done with the help of Statistical Package for Social Sciences. The results were presented in tables and graphs for ease comprehension followed by interpretation and discussion of findings. The study concluded that improved information techniques mostly through the internet for buying goods and services using modern quality standards and business practices in the government can help improve the efficiency of special group’s suppliers as they compete for government contracts with big players. The study recommends that accountability should be there to ensure government is held responsible for its decisions and actions.

2. THE EFFECT OF OCEAN STRATEGYON INCREASING COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE ON COMMERCIAL BANKS (IRBID DISTRICT) AN EMPIRICAL STUDY

Abstract
The study deals with a very important subject focusing on identifying the effect of blue ocean strategy in increasing the competitive advantage, the study aims to explore the effect of blue ocean strategy on competitive advantage on commercial banks (Irbid District) by requesting the opinions of a sample from three management levels within commercial banks, around (135) questionnaires were randomly distributed to managers in these three levels, the returned suitable questionnaires were (122) with (90%) response rate by way of a questionnaire containing 34 items, this questionnaire is used as a main tool for collecting date from the sample.The results are analyzed by using the main and standard deviation in addition to Descriptive Statistics and the simple regression coefficient analysis. Results were strong significant and positive influence between (create new value, reducing cost, and raising facilitating actions) and competitive advantage, and there isn't significant influence between eliminating business factors and competitive advantage.
