Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of social media marketing on brand awareess, brand image and brand loyalty. The survey was conducted to 150 customers of AZWA Parfume in West Sumatra, Indonesia. Research instrument for this study were adapted from various extant literature. Data of this research were analyzed by applying structural equation modelling with SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that Social media marketing had a significant effect on brand awareness and brand image. Then this study also found that brand awareness and brand image had a significant effect on brand loyalty.

Abstract
Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of satisfaction on complaint and loyalty behavior. The study was conducted on 95 companies receiving customs facilities in East Java Province using PLS (Partial Least Square). In this study, it was found that satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on complaint behavior and loyalty. Satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on loyalty through complaint behavior. Satisfaction can increase loyalty but satisfaction can also increase complaint behavior. Complaints that are handled properly will increase loyalty. This is influenced by the character of the service.

3. DO EMPLOYEE’S FITS IN THE JOB AND IN THE ORGANIZATION CONTRIBUTE TO THEIR OCB?

Abstract
Background:The aim of this study are threefold i.eto analyze the effect of person-job fit, person-organization fit and organization commitment on OCB; the effect of person-job fit and person-organization fit on organization commitment; and the mediating role of organization commitment in the effect of person-job fit and person- organization fit on OCB. Research Methods: The samples of this study were 106 official employees of Development Planning Agency of Badung Regency-Bali Province-Indonesia estimated by using saturated sampling technique. The data were collected through questionnaire of 5-point Likert Scale. Method of analysis used to test the hypothesis was Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM – PLS). Result:The results show that person-job fit, person-organization fit, and organization commitment had a positive and significant effect on OCB; person-job fit and person-organization fit hada positive and significant effect on organization commitment; and organization commitment partially mediates the effect of person job fit and person-organization fit on OCB.

4. ACADEMIC CURRICULUM AND EMPLOYABILITY OF ACCOUNTING GRADUATES IN NIGERIA

Abstract
The study investigated the influence of academic curriculum on the employability of accounting graduates in Nigeria. A survey research design was employed to collect data from the sampled respondents. The respondents were purposively selected from the staff members of each of the big four audit firms and students of established higher institutions of learning. Findings from the study show that academic curriculum significantly explains about .329 variability in the employability of accounting graduate in Nigeria (β= .329, P = .002 < .05). The study thus concludes that academic curriculum significantly affects the employability of accounting graduates in Nigeria. The study recommends that; academic curriculum for training accounting graduates should be improved upon towards producing future-ready accountants; while regulatory bodies, policymakers, and professional bodies should ensure that the curriculum for training accountants are updated from time to time and are in line with global best practices and industry requirements.

Abstract
Participation in the International Labour Division (IDL) has many benefits for a country since it allows to reduce the average production costs, increase the production capacity of a given country and improve efficiency of management. Thus, specialization is a factor of economic growth for a country since it enables the achievement of benefits from the international division of labour thanks to improvement of management efficiency (Bożyk 1972, pp. 7). The present article is devoted to international specialization and international trade in the conditions of globalization and turbulent environment.
