As a field that relies heavily on people, healthcare needs a committed and engaged workforce to thrive in an environment that is always getting harder. This study looks at how organisational culture affects employee engagement in the healthcare sector and compares the results between public and private healthcare providers. The study hypothesises that organisational culture has no significant impact on employee engagement. Data was collected from 835 employees in various designations in public and private hospitals in the Bathinda region of Punjab. The purpose of this study was to determine whether entrepreneurial self-efficacy and outcome expectancies may be used to explain the relationship between students' love for entrepreneurship and their career choice. A survey was given to a group of 300 university students in the Sultanate of Oman to find out if the predicted relationships were true. The research shows that entrepreneurial enthusiasm significantly affects self-efficacy and entrepreneurial outcomes. The mediation study's results additionally showed that there is full mediation, which implies that entrepreneurial self-efficacy and expectation of success entirely and sequentially explain the connection between entrepreneurial passion and career choice. Reverse logistics management has become crucial as a result of the expansion of international e-commerce platforms and the rising trend of product returns. Due to e-commerce competitiveness and legal pressure, firms are now handling reverse logistics while focusing on sustainability and the circular economy principles. To solve and handle some of the major issues for online returns, this study proposes a circular structure for reverse logistics challenges in e-commerce. The object of study are companies in the non-cyclical consumer goods industry that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2016 and 2020. Analysis was conducted with multiple regression analysis. The study's findings demonstrate that firm value is affected simultaneously by interest and inflation and financial performance. After that, leverage can make a company's value more proportional to its gross profit margin and dividend payments. A review of the related literature established the relationship between CSFs and project risk Management; the relationship was further contextually tailored using a pilot study and presented as a hypothesized template. The targeted population in this study was 260 projects of mud buildings implemented in three selected areas of Wadi Hadramout city, namely Seiyun, Tarim, and Shibam. This study utilized a stratified sampling method and divided the population into three strata as represented by the geographical location within the main cities in Wadi. The modelling aspect of the study was performed using the structural formula of partial least squares (PLS-SEM, v3.2.7). The outcome of this study supported the hypotheses that suggested a significant relationship between two CSFs (leadership and resources) factors and Project Risk Management of mud architecture building in achieving sustainable development. A direct relationship was also found between leadership factors and resources factors while the other two factors (technical factors and project management factors) do not have these relationships.
