This type of research is quantitative research with data collection techniques using a questionnaire given to active students of the Bachelor of Applied Midwifery Study Program, Health Polytechnic, Ministry of Health, Palangka Raya as the population. Determination of the sample using a probability sampling approach with proportionate stratified random sampling technique and the total sample is 29 students with the criteria of having taken Entrepreneurship courses, having attended Entrepreneurship training, and having started a business while attending college. Data processing techniques use Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis, Outer Model, Inner Model, and hypothesis testing. Even in the absence of continuing structural changes and control over unproductive spending, these reforms are effective and influential in the structure of the economy. In relation to stagflation of Iraq\u2019s economy that does not meet the most basic development needs, it is considered a harmful policy. Iraq's economy is suffering from several structural problems, the most obvious of which are an imbalance in the country's overall budget, inflation, stagflation and an increase in the country's public debt index. Vulnerable Iraqis' purchasing power is being eroded by rising prices for key basic goods. Over the previous two years of pandemic, wage rates have not been updated. The rising costs of imported goods will negate any gains from an increase in the price of oil. The slow pace of economic expansion, raising the possibility of stagflation. These problems are a direct result of structural flaws in the country's economic structure. Even if currency exchange rates don't have a direct role in activating economic failures, they do play a part in activating such failures by imposing negative impacts on the actuality of those indicators. It has been concluded that adopting a policy of reducing the Iraqi dinar has had little effect because of a lack of complete adaptation in Iraq's economy. In this study, the influence of Iraq's government expenditure structure on unemployment and inflation will be explored by balance consumption and investment. Iraq's economy has been disrupted in the allocation of investment and consumption expenditures during 2004-2020 era, with consumer expenditures accounting for a bigger share than investment expenditures, according to the results of this research, which are based on a variety of data. The population used was 80 respondents selected based on random sampling techniques for testing data analysis techniques using Smart PLS and trying direct and indirect relationships. The results of this study are: Skill directly influences employee engagement with a power of 0.854, which means that if the skill increases by one unit, then employee engagement can increase by 85.4%, and the effect is positive. Furthermore, skill directly influences performance with an influence of 1,039. Employee engagement affects the performance of -0.087 even though it is negative. Despite the growing number of research on this topic, previous study ignored the critical role of team personality and organizational learning on leadership and organizational culture regarding the performance of employee. Therefore, the current study aims to investigate the role of transformational leadership and organizational culture in improving the performance of employees in higher education sector. In addition, this study investigates the moderating effect of organizational learning and team personality. Relevant theoretical foundations were used in building the study\u2019s model namely Campbell model. The context of this study is institution of higher education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To examine the hypothesized model, the quantitative research design was employed. This study will use non[1]probability sampling techniques. The questionnaires will be adapted from existing studies and designed with the aim of collecting only crucial information regarding to the research questions and enable analysis and interpretation. Questionnaires will be distributed among the academics working in the higher education system of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Personalized invites and mailed questionnaires will be used based on the preferences and availability of the participants. Dr. MOHAMAD ROSNI BIN OTHMAN, Dr. ALI OTHMAN ALBAJI<\/em><\/p><p><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/p><p>This study aims to measure and analyze the impact of strategic capabilities on institutional excellence in Islamic banks, where the study population consisted of workers in Islamic banks located in the city of Madaba. Of the workers in Islamic banks, the researcher retrieved (107) questionnaires with a recovery rate of (87%), all of which were valid for statistical analysis. The analytical descriptive approach was used, and many statistical methods were used, the most prominent of which were the arithmetic means, standard deviations, the t-test for an independent sample, and the simple and multiple regression analysis.
