FAQIH NIDZOM<\/em><\/p><p><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/p><p>This study aims to elaborate on the elements of fundamental beliefs (worldview) in theories of work motivation in Western business management; and compare; and integrate them with elements of an Islamic worldview related to work motivation. In Western business management, the motivation theory expressed by, e.g., Maslow, Mc. Gregor and Herlberg do not accommodate worship as work motivation; while in the Islamic worldview, worship is essential as an investment from the acceptance of the concept of God; This is why this study was conducted. This study is a literature review utilizing interpretation and comparison analysis, while the approach used is a philosophical approach with worldview theory as the theoretical framework for this study. The results of this study are; First, Western motivational theories such as Maslow's hierarchy of needs and Mc Gregor's theory of x and y., Herzberg's two-sided theory, has its roots in the Western worldview, which accommodates secularism, rationalism, humanism, materialism, and atheism. Second, the Islamic worldview accommodates God as the central concept of the worldview; then, the relationship between God and humans is servitude (mahdhoh worship), and the relationship between humans and nature is preservation (ghoiru mahdhoh worship); where the first motivation is more fundamental and personal while the second is social, Third, work motivation based on the Islamic worldview has a double value, namely the worldly and the hereafter simultaneously. Fourth, the Islamic worldview also affirms positive human impulses as a means to support the achievement of the ultimate human goal and negative impulses that neglect and hinder humans in achieving their creative goals. Since the introduction of this industry into the Taiwan market, it has provided a new night-time leisure place for both white-collar and blue collar workers to totally relax in the evening. The owners of lounge bars and the lounge bar industry are unceasingly looking for new ways to attract customers and enhance the experience of existing customers; thus, influencing their loyalty. Through a literature review and in-depth interview with experts, this research analyses the key success factors, which resolved to six major phases and thirty items. An Analytic Hierarchy Process technique was employed to identify the five most important factors in lounge bar management, including Market analysis, Talent team, Product value, Institutional management, and Brand building. Based on this background, this study aims to examine the effect of the business environment on the performance of Islamic banks, the influence of the business environment on innovation management, the influence of innovation management on Islamic bank performance, and the mediating effect of innovation management in the relationship between the business environment and the performance of Islamic banks. This study uses a causality research method. Explanatory research was carried out using a quantitative approach with cross-sectional data collection. The unit of analysis in this study is the Islamic banking service industry, so the target population is Islamic banks with a population according to data from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) totaling 197 Islamic banks consisting of three categories, namely Islamic Commercial Banks, Islamic Business Units, and Islamic People Financing Bank (BPRS). The number of samples taken was 130. The measurement scale in this study used an ordinal scale using the Likert method. The Structural Equation Modeling method was used to analyze the data. The research findings reveal that; the business environment does not have a significant effect on the performance of Islamic banks, the business environment has a significant effect on innovation management, innovation management has a significant effect on the performance of Islamic banks, and innovation management also mediates the influence of the business environment on the performance of Islamic banks. The mediating effect of innovation management is greater than its direct influence on the performance of Islamic banks. These findings show the important role of innovation management in improving the performance of Islamic banks. Innovation management that is developed by adapting to changes in the business environment will contribute more to improving the performance of Islamic banks. The capacity to save money and invest in the stock market, gold, real estate, insurance, and post office is available to a significant number of small investors. The view of investors towards different investments from various angles has been the subject of numerous studies in recent years. There are several studies that are based on the investments that researchers have made on different avenues, according to a survey of investment literatures from the perspective equities, insurance, and mutual funds. The literature on investment avenues is lacking, thus this paper is relevant for that and fills the particular gap. In India, investors typically claim that all investment opportunities are dangerous. The security of the primary amount, liquidity, income stability, approval, and ease of transferability are the basic characteristics of investments. These are a variety of investment options, including stocks, banks, and businesses, gold, silver, real estate, life insurance, postal savings, and more. The investor\u2019s choice was determined by the needed rate of return and risk tolerance. This study investigated the relationship between effectiveness and contributing factors. The data for the study were collected through other published journals. After reviewing of the published journals, the results recommend five Hypothesis for the internal audit effectiveness: -The sector to which an organisation belongs (that is, public versus private) will be related to the effectiveness of internal auditing.
