Indian IPO valuations are influenced by various factors such as economic environments, regulatory announcements, sentiment of investors, and firm-specific events. This study aims to analyze the trend in IPO pricing in India from 2016 to 2025 in terms of average IPO prices, IPO issuance, most active IPO sectors, and performance of IPOs post-listing. The study uses data from various sources such as company prospectuses, stock exchange websites, and financial newspapers. The findings show that the average IPO valuations have increased significantly over the years, with the highest valuation achieved by the technology, financial service, and consumer goods sectors. The study further picks on the impact of retail participation on IPO valuations, and investor sentiment as determinants for the success of IPOs. The assessment incorporates multiple dimensions of performance, encompassing financial strength, solvency, liquidity, and operational efficiency. Through normalization, weighting, and calculation of proximity to an ideal benchmark, the framework identifies insurers that demonstrate best practices within the sector. The resulting rankings provide meaningful insights to regulators, investors, and policymakers, enabling evidence-based benchmarking and strategic decision-making. To ensure the robustness of the outcomes, a sensitivity analysis was conducted, confirming the stability of rankings under varying weight scenarios. VIDHU GAUR<\/p><p><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/p><p>This research examines how Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices affect organizational sustainability, with a particular focus on the mediating effects of environmental and employee performance. Anchored in the Resource-Based View and stakeholder theory, the study employs a quantitative design and gathers responses from 250 employees working in industries that have adopted green HR practices. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicate that GHRM significantly enhances organizational sustainability, both directly and indirectly, by improving environmental and employee performance. Shweta Taneja\u2019s Anantya Tantrist Mystery (trilogy) is a representation of an urban occult detective fiction where she applies cosmic sciences to solve supernatural crimes in New Delhi. Her protagonist experiences the aesthetics of paranormal spaces through tantras and expands and liberates her subaltern consciousness while solving the mystery. The paper studies the first book of the trilogy Cult of Chaos which bring to the fore the role of spaces, of the absurd, the hidden, the mystical, the esoteric, and the fantastic through abstract and concrete symbols; spaces that are neither here nor there and represent the mystic world of the unknown.
